I JUST FINISHED...

Reading the newspaper (and EVERYONE KNOWS you can believe what they print in the newspaper) & discovered that if you want to lose weight you should get a dog. Now Mr. Sluggo does not want me to have a dog because it would fall on his shoulders to clean up after the dog (I'm not allowed to walk in the grass without a cane because I AM CLUMSY!!!!!! & have had both knees replaced). So Mr. Sluggo would have to clean up the dog doodoo in the summer)so consequently I will remain FAT. Do you think this is fair????? Today's Wall Street Journal said you need to sleep more to lose weight. Something about a chemical your body produces less of and is an appetite inhibitor.

So it appears that the answer is to 1) get a dog, and 2) sleep more.

I still stand by my offer that if dad would let you have a dog, Emily and I would help with the yard cleanup any time we are there.

I will however, explain one detail that you've left out: In order for the dog to facilitate with weight loss...YOU NEED TO WALK IT. [img]graemlins/dog.gif[/img]
